A. fuciwal ointment lagana hai. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

I think your child is having some allergy infection it’s very important that you please get it checked either with a paediatric or a dermatologist to know what kind of problem it is and further medicines can be suggested accordingly currently don’t apply anything from your own side without getting it checked
