Hello sir/Madam, I have suffering from vaginal itching since one week and sever burning sensation at the time of intercourse , I am little bit worried

Hi mommy Keep area cleaN Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene Wash hands often Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
