Q.
hello sir/maam.my son is 24 month old.And he has not started saying mamma pappa clearly but talks very much in his own language. Iam worried about when he will start talking clearly. sometimes he even doesn't react when I call him by his name.he don't have any medical issues. pl suggest.

I Would just like to tell you that sometimes sometimes if the child is not responding to the name it’s fine but if every time your child is not responding to its name not making an eye contact or not even following simple, and then it would definitely be a medical issue that in this case to be on the safer side it would be advisable to consult a child specialist ones
