hello sir/maam my daughter is 4 year's 2 month old. she is below the average weight and height approximately 4 inches and 3-4 kg weight. complete family worried about her...she is access slim..what should we do...plz suggest as soon as possible

A. hi engage child in physical activity like football cycling skipping jumping dancing daily Limit screen time Add caloric dense nutritious foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado, paneer in childs meals for healthy weight gain

A. good evening I would recommend you try to give your baby milk and Milk products including paneer cheese butter milk curd you should try to give your child dates roasted makhana dry fruits eggs
