hello sir / ma'am my son is 2 years 1 month old, past two nights while sleeping he started groaning sometimes, but he doesn't have cold,fever and all but still he groan sometimes, please help me in knowing the reason why is he doing like that and do I need to take him to pediatrician? Thank you in advance π

Sometimes it discovered discomfort of teeth coming premolar is coming sometimes it could be associated with stomach pain hunger there could be number of reasons itβs not always associated with cold cough fever so I think itβs better to figure it out yourself and if youβre unable to do so yes of course you should visit your doctor
