Hello sir /ma'am my one year kid have a fever from yesterday. even after syrup he had a fever can I give one more dose fever syrup for him?

A. You can repeat the same dose in another 4 hours and not early than that. Ideally they should be given 6 hourly. Instead you can do cold sponging as it reduces the fever faster
