hello sir/ma'am, my adi is now 12months of old so please suggest that food chart of my baby with their recipe.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom As the baby is not 12 months that is one year old now there are no restrictions as such you can give them usual foods that you made at home for the family the consistency of the food can be dependent on their teeth development
