Hello sir/ ma'am, actually I want about her constipation.. it's an majaor issue..since when she was 6-7 months old..till now also I'm facing the same...very hard stool...what to do .?

A. hello give fiber and fruits and vegetables in all the meals and also lot of water to drink. make a potty routine and let the baby sit in potty qt a fixed time daily.
