Hello sir,m mother of 4 month girl.please share usko kya de ki uska tummy full rahe .baby ka tummy full nai hota jis se wo kam neend le rahi hai.only mother feed le rahi hai.TIA

A. dear mum, until completion of 6 months, you should continue with mother feed only. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. feed baby on demand that is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants. if baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
