Like You said that your child is low on haemoglobin so that is one of the biggest reasons that your child is in much happy eating the food so start giving I don’t supplement after consulting your doctor that is definitely going to improve the appetite of your child and also maybe a child is having its teeth which would be the second major reason for not eating
