Hello mom the child should be used to all usual family foods, give them foods such as eggs , stuff parathas such as with sweet potatoes, potatoes, panner etc , add ghee to their meals, milk shakes made with fresh fruits and dry fruits and nuts , dals, legumes such as chana , rajma etc

Madam at this age there is no specific diet chart that you have to follow you should give everything that you’re making at home for your entire family that’s the right food to be given if the weight gain is not happening even after eating well then that could probably be due to deficiency of iron and vitamins in the body
