hello sir...iam 37 years old. I had my first born via c-Section due to HTN at 9 month. post delivery my bp still flutuate and Doc have recommend for BP medicine...which iam currently taking. My son is now 1.7 years old. Please advice when should/can I plan for my second child.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. You can plan for second pregnancy and kindly monitor your BP try leading a heavy lifestyle like sleep well have early dinner don’t take stress and drink enough water eat more fibre rich foods and start drinking hibiscus tea once in a day
