Hello sir I'm giving chepathi with milk daily at dinner to my 23old months baby girl is it good or not??

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivfritamin witgh lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

But why do you have to give It milk to the child when you have all the options in the world to give proper or Dal sabji to the child and why do you have to go ahead with giving something which is absolutely not good for the child to be given navin it’s a good thing to be given to the child but it is not going to be as healthy as you are thinking of givingWrite Your Answer Here
