hello sir I m 39 old after my second delivery my menstrual period cycle is aroung 40 to 45 days it is normal

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake

A. hi if you are feeling well fit then no need to worry. but if you are getting the heavy discharge , severe pain then you should consult your gynecologist. please take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
