Give a balanced diet having variety of food groups
childs daily diet should have:
cereals starch like rice wheat corn , sago, Limited amount of bread
at least 2 servings of good protein like pulses beans egg soya , milk and Milk products, fish chicken, meat
variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables
Nuts like almond ,dry fruits, peanuts, Chiki, multigrain laddu, peanut butter are good
at least half litre milk. But avoid bottle feeding which reduces appetite for other food.
milk should also be given in the form of
Milk products or recipes like porridge or kheer . so 1-2 glasses milk and rest as paneer or cheese or curd
add ghee on top of food to provide more energy
squeeze some lemon over food where possible to increase iron absorption.
2 healty snacks in addition.

by the age of one year of child , there is no need of specific diet chart.
child can take all traditional food items which is prepared for whole family
so best to give all food items in small quantities which you take in your own diet.
it could be sabji , chapati, dal rice,salad , dairy product etc
