hello sir I have 19 months baby and now ihave 3months baby after 6months iwant to introduce other milk because I have problem to feed d supply of milk is not enough to baby nd ihave moreback pain so suggest me to which is best to feed

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you can give but as breastmilk is best ,I suggest to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day which help you to increase your breastmilk supply. as you have back pain ,mam ,try to give small and frequent feeds. take support while sitting or place pillow between your legs while sleeping. you can try heating pad to get relief in pain ,I would suggest to use Babyhug heating pad
