Q.
Hello SIr, I had delivered twins in 32 weeks...the kids are now 2 months 23 days old but they keep on spitting milk after every feed...If I feed them 25 ml they'll spit or If I feed them 90 ml even then they spit...Out of their f3ed quantity they spit up at least 10-15ml. Please suggest, also at times its in milky form or in thick form like curd

Everytime feed your baby in an upright position.
if you’re breastfeeding, avoid foods like citrus, tomatoes, spicy foods, carbonated, oranges, drinks, and foods high in fat, these can leads to reflux in babies. Frequent burps during and after each feeding.
