ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. try to latch directly to your breast.. Lightly compress your breast, giving it a shape more closely resembling your baby's mouth. Turn her mouth toward your breast; then tickle her lips with your nipple until her mouth is open wide.Allowing her to take your nipple and areola into her mouth. feed in every 2 hours

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Put the thumb of your free hand on top of your breast and your other fingers below. Touch your baby's lips to your nipple until your baby opens their mouth wide. Put your nipple all the way in your baby's mouth and pull your baby close to you. This lets your baby's jaw squeeze the milk ducts under your areola (nipple).
