hello sir good morning!my son is 2 years and 3 months old.he can't speak properly.he can speak but it seems that he don't have eagerness to speak.when he will play he will speak some words but when I asked him to speak he will not.he is speaking sometimes but u don't understand what language it is.he is watching English rymes in tv . sometimes he speak those but no mamma papa.we are teaching but he dont
