hello sir, good morning my baby is 4 month old.......n now breast fed is not sufficient for him,and bcz of that he is not able to sleep.so should I start give him something like rice n pulses water , fruit juice

A. don't start top food, your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk. okay.
