hello sir good morning iam from karimnagar , telangana our younger daughter is 10 years old but not have enough wight and hight

A. Hi dear mom Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development. Add some of the weight gaining food to ur kids diet like egg ghee chicken paneer curd cheese potato rice avocado ragi etc for weight gain. For height increase Give protein rich food like egg chicken fish meat Soya lentils sprouts etc,milk and milk products, dry fruits and nuts.
