hello sir good evening my daughter age is 4 months running she is not gaining weight she is having just 5kgs only we are giving bottle feed to my daughter please help me in this issue thanking you

U Please First tell me what is the birthdate of the child according to that only maybe I’ll be able to help you because if a child gains a minimum of 400 g every month and that is good so you have to calculate it as per the birthdate of the child still if you feel that your child is underweight currently then you may as well get a solution done with a lactation doctor
