hello since few days i am seeing pimples like thing on back and on stomach of my 4 months old baby...i have attached here an image for the reference...what is this? please help me to understand what is this and how to cure it...baby has no other illness..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. looking like a viral infection and for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
