Hello, Should i contuniue my multivitamin tablet like calimax, austrin, kerraboost tablet before i lose my weight so doctor told me one month you can use but still my weight 45 kg n I do breastfeed.?

If you are getting sufficient milk for your baby then it’s totally depends on your choice that you want to stop these medications or not. But you have to maintain a proper diet because babies overall growth depends on mother’s diet. Now your baby is eight months old and baby should also take at least four meals
