hello.. post my 7 to 8 weeks of delivery my tummy went inside. but not by 13 weeks again my tummy is coming out. is this gas collection. please suggest any remedy.

A. Start taking ajwain with Luke warm water in the morning and avoid eating oily trued junk and sweets and eat fresh home cooked warm foods and limit carbs intake and have protein rich foods
