follow orthopedic dr.
it is important to follow the instructions and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem .
they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor.
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification

I think it is a ligament this is what is mentioned into the report for further understanding or having a detailed understanding of the report you need to check with your doctor but as far as I can see in your report it is mentioning a ligament tear there and probably which is why you are having this kind of a pain
