hello, one white spot started on my 3yrs old baby skin.wat is the reason.is it normal ?wat can do to cure it.here i m attaching the photo ofcthe spot.plz any one can ansr.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if there is any red rashes or white spots present it may be due to following reasons:White spots could be because of some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin .it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moisturisation of skin is very important . you can use a good quality cream like seba med or atogla.
Red colour rash over the body if present could be some allergic rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes isvjd there along with fever .
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications.

Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated.
