hello. my wt is 89 kg.. 32yr old mother of 20 m old boy.. I want to loose weight... plz help me

A. Hello mom You should start doing yoga. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results fast. You should also Cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
