If you are still breastfeeding the child and you should not do dieting but yes you can go ahead with exercising and if you have quit breastfeeding or you are going to quit breastfeeding anytime soon then you can go ahead with any kind of dieting and exercise in to lose on your weightWrite Your Answer Here
