hello.....my twin A baby is girl.....she is not gaining a proper weight .....now she is 5.6 kg her birth weight is 1.060 gram.......during discharge from NICU blood transfusion was made bcz of 8.5 hemoglobin is it effects on weight....... or again transfusion needed she didn't take proper feed in night.....but she likes solid.....she gain 1 kg from last 3 month

You can’t compare this baby with other babies as the birth weight was less.
Her weight gain is good.
You can still consult a pediatrician for further evaluation and treatment

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi home made cerelac kanji upma which are all healthy and nutritious and helps on the growth of your child
