hello,my son 's private part has whitish round accumulation ,rather always clean with water during bathing too.how to clean ,as he feels pain if touch many times.most baby boys face same problm.its troublesome how to clean without pain?

Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
