hello my son is not socializing with anyone. he is 3 years old .he doesn't go infront of anyone. only when specific relatives come, he plays with them to the level the even he refuses to eat drink please guide how I can help him develop his self esteem.

If possible have a play date with kids around his age to start with if there is a park nearby take him out daily as a routine
so that he gets to interact with varied kids as well
