A. it is not diaper rash.. it's due to milk products that he isn't intolerant to. his legs have these rashes.

A. for perianal/perigenital rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

A. Im I’m not able to see any pictures I am just going to tell you as of now that you just use calamine lotion regularly apart from that if it is required you can always take a guidance from your doctor and go for a homoeopathic course of medication for the same
