hello, my son is having cold and fever for the past 2 days while sneezing blood is coming out ashe is blowing out. what remedy can i give

Are there would be no remedy as of now but yes you should definitely consult your paediatrician because this is not a healthy sign for the child to have lunch with the child is blowing nose or sneezing or anything for that matter so it’s important for you to get a check with your doctor so please if it is possible today itself you should visit the doctor
