Hello..my son is getting fever of 99⁰ and after 5 mins he's feeling normal with normal temperature 97⁰ why so sudden change?

Never heard of the temperature dropping by 2° suddenly or in an instance which thermometer are you using because sometimes digital thermometer that does not give proper readings so I would advise you to use a regular one to check what is the temperature
