RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Due to deficiency of calcium and iron in the body but you have to confirm with the doctor exactly what is the reason behind it is it only deficiency or another reason associated accordingly the doctor will be able to give you better guidance on that
