hello , my son is 8 month 11 days . since birth he only drunk cow milk because of that he almost weight 9kg and he look chubby. pediatrics said he is over weight. how to loss his weight and also suggest his diet plan.

A. Hello mom you have to limit his milk intake firstly and get him to solids , avoid packaged , refined and sugary foods , and prefer home made fresh foods
