hello,My son is 7 months old and weighs 7 kg. He is not passing stool properly; it is hard, and he cries a lot while trying to pass it.

Namaste Mom, Make sure the food given to him are home made and are semi solid and mashed consistency foods, add ghee to their meals, also very important to introduce water and other fluids as well in form of juicy fruits , vegetable soups, dals , curds etc

Diet Schedule: 7:00 AM: Cerelac with milk 10:00 AM: Sweet potato 1:00 PM: Boiled carrot, beetroot, papaya, spinach leaves, with ghee 5:30 PM: Cerelac 9:00 PM: Boiled flattened rice (chuda) Please advise if this diet is appropriate or if any changes are required.
