Hello! My son is 68 days old. Last 1 week he gained only 140gms.Is it fine? Pls let me know what is normal weight gain of baby per week till 6 months. Thanks on advance!

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello for one week it is fine and if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain and also you should be giving your child breastmilk exclusively whivh is very important and helps on the growth of your child and if bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk
