Hello my son is 4 yrs old 3 months old his weight is 15.is it ok?? and one more thing he go washroom after eating immediately approx 2 or 3 times a day I don't understand what's happening with his digest system?? can anyone plz tell

I Thank your child’s digestive system is not favouring which is why your child is not even getting proper way to your child should have been somewhere around 16 KG plus as of now it’s a little less than the usual wait but that’s okay so consult your paediatrician to regulate the digestive system with the help of medicines
