Q.

hello my son is 3 yrs .he has developed a limited vocabulary yet.but he copies the words what we say.he understand our commands only problem is he is very ziddi and hyper. please help he to control

A. then he's fine ok. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Its Sometimes a little bit of speech delays common with kids if you want you can take an advice from a speech therapist maybe you need to go for a little bit of therapies with your child but this is a good sign that your child is picking up all the words understanding everything that means there is nothing wrong it is just a little bit of speech delay
