Hello. My son is 3 yrs and 3 months old and suffering from stomach infection.. how long does it take to cure it.. we have been seeing his doc from a week now.. Sonography reports are normal.. please advise

Lot of time the infection keeps happening because the child is having unhygienic habits like picking up stuff from floor and all these things and if the sonography report is clear then you should get it checked with your doctor for another test for further investigation to know what would be the issue behind it
