my 3 year old often get stomach infection ... wht to do

recurrent stomach infection are due to poor hand hygiene and contamination of food or water so try give fresh and clean food and boil water and keep hands clean and nails trimmed

Babeis they tend to put dirty things in the mouth which causes infection in stomach.
Make sure that the hands are washed frequently, toys clean.
Give curd, coconut water, Banana etc to improve the digestion of the baby. Take care
