hello my son is 3 years 6 months old. his weight is only 12 kg and diet is also very poor

Your child should be somewhere around 15 kgs as of now and since you’ve already mentioned the diet is poor probably that is why the weight gain is also not there and sometimes these things can happen due to deficiency of iron in the body so you can start with a necessary supplement for your child and I think that’s going to help
