Hello .. my son is 3 n a half yrs old ..i am seeing these white spots on his face ..could it be deficiency of anything ? n if yes , then what is the solution ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.d
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitdivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

it happens because of nutritional deficiencies, excess usage of hair oil , dry skin , fungal Infection etc
so please give Healthy diet
keep your child skin well moisturised using any good brand lotion like Babyhug lotion.
if it is increasing , please visit your pediatrician.
