Hello , My son is 3.6 yr old , He started speaking small words like mummy , water etc. Do i need to consult any doctor for his speech . Thanks Amkali.C

A. By now the child start saying small small sentences so try to steal more with the child as the more you interact the more he will respond also due to pandemic kids could not go to school since last one and half year which also impact their growth
