Hello my son is 23months old, he is banging his head around 20-30 times per day just to get things done.pls help

A lot of kids do like this and they have this behaviour quite often which is why I think it would be good idea that you do regular counselling to the child as sometimes kids do it out of habit and sometimes you do some discomfort also monitor the behaviour why your child is doing it
