Hello, My son is 20 months old but he speaks only 2-3 words like mum nen baba. I'm really worried as his vocabulary is not increasing.. and also his teeth eruption is also very slow, he has only 10 teeth out of which 2 teeth are still not completely erupted.

babies get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 36 months.
so don't worry and wait remaining milk teeth will erupt in due course of time.

Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. So no need to worry. Rest of the teeth will also come soon.
Also if ur baby is making eye contact and understand what you are saying, follow ur instructions then no need to worry. Vocabulary will increase with time
