hello.. my son is 2 years and 11 months old. he could not able to communicate orally. but he tells alphabet and all rhymes on his own. pls guide me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. probably there is communication gap when the baby is telling rhymes properly not speaking properly you can take the help of speech therapist but it is more important to interact with the child

If Your child is not able to talk only as of now then you should take a guidance from a speech therapist ones maybe it could just be a little speech delay is understanding everything and doing things that means there is no delay in any other think it’s just a little bit of speech delay
