hello My son is 2 year old and speak very less words. why is he is getting delayed? suggest!!

he does not have any tongue tie issue I went to doctor he said it's fine.
but why he is not speaking??
what all activities can help me to make him speak? suggest!!

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and he use to speak very less words then see if he has a tongue tie beneath it or not and if not then don’t be panic
